The company's Digital Trust & Cyber technology services are seeking a Senior Associate to work under the guidance of cyber security leadership within the Technology Consulting practice. This role involves utilizing strategic business consulting skills to assist clients throughout all stages of strategy-based transformation projects. As part of a growing team, the Senior Associate will play a significant role in shaping cyber security in the GCC region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team to address complex business challenges from strategy to execution.
  • Contribute to the design and development of cyber security programs across various domains, including strategy, governance, risk management (GRC), architecture, identity and access management, and cyber security solutions.
  • Support the development of target technical security architecture for clients and understand emerging cyber security solutions.
  • Assist in establishing security operations centers and implementation of cyber security solutions at client sites.
  • Communicate effectively with IT personnel, executives, and user communities, and assist in presentations and business development activities.
  • Conduct research on emerging cyber security technologies and disseminate knowledge to colleagues and clients.
  • Collaborate across Middle Eastern offices and with international teams on client engagements and initiatives.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of cyber security technologies and standards, especially in identity and access management, GRC, SIEM/SOC, and DLP.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proven IT skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Middle East.

Educational Qualifications:

  • B.A/B.Sc. in Computer Engineering or a related field; M.Sc. preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
