Senior Associate – Debt Capital Markets

About
Job Purpose: Assist in structuring, executing and originating Debt Capital Market transactions as a key offering within the company Investment Banking Division, with a special emphasis on deal origination and executions in the CIS and Caucasus' region.

Key Responsibilities

• Origination: Support the Senior team members with their active pitch pipeline, regular client pricing updates, and the weekly update produced by the team for internal and external stakeholders.
• Remain abreast of market dynamics and relevant news, on a real-time basis, that may be of interest to clients.
• Keep updated and provide the necessary information used in materials & databases of relevant data such as issuance to date, news, markets, league tables, and other DCM-related statistics to promote the company DCM.
• Execution: Work with Senior team members on necessary DCM documentation.
• Collaborate with external resources to ensure a high-quality offering circular in the private or public market as warranted.
• Assist the team, DCM Head, and Investment Banking Head in preparation of any internal pitches or materials required from time to time.

Requirements

• Solid quantitative skills.
• Solid presentation skills with experience of such presentations internally and/or externally.
• A proactive and energetic personality with the ability and desire to multitask across both development and execution areas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, ideally in Debt Capital Markets.
