The Senior Associate in DevOps Engineering is a pivotal role in supporting the company’s transformation. This position focuses on designing, improving, and maintaining DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable environments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms. The role ensures robust automation, reliable processes, and modern engineering standards are in place, significantly enhancing the efficiency, stability, and resilience of the company’s trading and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CI/CD, Automation & Deployment Engineering

    • Support the deployment and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
    • Implement automation for application deployment, configuration, and infrastructure provisioning.
    • Maintain infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc.
    • Assist in maintaining containerized environments using Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Environment & Platform Operations

    • Provision, configure, and maintain DevOps environments.
    • Monitor system and application performance, troubleshoot incidents.
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure operational stability.
  • Reliability, Monitoring & Incident Response

    • Enhance monitoring and logging solutions for system visibility.
    • Participate in on-call rotations for production support.
    • Conduct root-cause analysis for failures and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Team Enablement

    • Work with developers and QA teams to streamline delivery processes.
    • Promote DevOps best practices through training and documentation.
  • Governance, Documentation & Compliance

    • Maintain documentation for CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
    • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management

    • Identify and manage risks related to deployments and infrastructure automation.
    • Support remediation of vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, DevOps, or Kubernetes are advantageous.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in DevOps engineering or related roles.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience in hybrid and cloud environments (preferably AWS/Azure/GCP).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is typically expected in this role.
