Key Responsibilities:
- Develop smart city technology masterplans and digital transformation strategies.
- Create multi-year digital transformation roadmaps with measurable milestones.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and ecosystem analyses of global smart city destinations.
- Define a cohesive digital vision for sustainable urban environments.
- Guide clients on citizen-centric, digitally-enabled services utilizing emerging technologies.
- Design integrated smart city digital architectures ensuring scalability and interoperability.
- Manage vendor selection, procurement, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- Leverage technologies like AI and IoT to optimize city operations and enhance decision-making.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate degree in Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Urban Innovation, or related fields is desirable.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince 2, TOGAF, or credentials in Digital Strategy and Innovation are preferred.
Work Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles focused on smart cities, digital transformation, or innovation strategy.
- Proven ability to advise city authorities and large developers on smart city strategies and technology-driven transformation.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
