Senior Associate - IAM (SailPoint Engineer)

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of operational and technology resilience within our rapidly growing cyber security and business resilience team. As an Associate, you will work collaboratively in teams to support clients in building resilience by embedding measures to prevent, respond to, recover from, and learn from operational disruptions and incidents. You will assist clients in developing and implementing operational and technology resilience policies, frameworks, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients develop and implement operational and technology resilience policies and frameworks.
• Deliver operational and technology resilience reviews, including Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery.
• Support the development of end-to-end resilience/BCM programs, including risk assessments and business impact assessments.
• Assist in developing crisis management protocols and plans.
• Participate in training exercises to equip organizations with knowledge to manage resilience risks.
• Contribute to project workstreams while providing support to teammates.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or graduate in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Science from a recognized university.
• 1–4 years of experience in operational and/or technology risk & resilience, business continuity management, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in collaborative stakeholder management.
• Understanding of resilience and business continuity best practices and protocols, including local and international standards (e.g., ISO 22301).
• Experience in planning and conducting resilience exercises is a plus.
• Certification in resilience/BCM/DR from a recognized institution is beneficial.
