This role is designed for candidates with 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on SailPoint solutions. The successful candidate will support a large-scale client engagement in KSA by governing, overseeing, and supporting the implementation of an IAM framework, directly enhancing client security, enabling compliance, and ensuring sustainable IAM operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • IAM Governance Support: Coordinate between IAM governance and technical teams to ensure alignment with strategy and delivery objectives.
  • SailPoint Implementation Oversight: Support execution of IAM initiatives involving SailPoint solutions.
  • Project Monitoring: Perform regular progress reviews of implementation vendors.
  • Deliverables Review: Review technical and strategic deliverables for quality and relevance.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks related to IAM implementation and support development of mitigation strategies.
  • IAM Framework Execution: Contribute to the execution and enhancement of the overall IAM framework.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain process documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Expected Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
  • Understanding of IAM governance models and access reviews.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001).
  • Experience in enterprise-level IAM environments.
  • Project management and vendor oversight competency.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus for KSA-based engagements.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Arabic is a plus.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, SC-300, CISSP, CompTIA Security+).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on SailPoint implementation and governance.
  • Willingness to travel to KSA and spend significant time there is a must.
