Roles and Responsibilities:
- IAM Governance Support: Assist in coordinating between IAM governance and technical teams to meet strategic delivery objectives.
- SailPoint Implementation Oversight: Support IAM initiatives with SailPoint solutions, ensuring compliance with established frameworks.
- Project Monitoring: Review the progress of implementation vendors, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Deliverables Review: Assess technical and strategic deliverables for quality and alignment with business needs.
- Risk Management: Identify IAM implementation risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- IAM Framework Execution: Contribute to implementing and enhancing the overall IAM framework for operational sustainability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep comprehensive process documentation, provide project updates, and regular status reports to stakeholders.
Expected Skills:
- Solid hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of IAM governance models, role-based access control, provisioning, and access reviews.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Experience in enterprise-level IAM environments.
- Basic project management and vendor oversight experience.
- Proficient in documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, SC-300, CISSP, CompTIA Security+).
- Minimum 3 years of IAM experience focused on SailPoint implementation and governance.
- Willingness to travel and spend significant time in KSA is required.
