Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers to define integration requirements and specifications.
- Design and implement integration bridges between the various systems of the autonomous flight stack, leading to deployment in production.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of software configurations.
- Be a key player in the preparation and maintenance of software releases.
- Discover, document, track, and solve software issues while closely engaging with end users for guidance and support.
- Develop orchestration tools and APIs for reproducible system deployments and build and extend CI/CD pipelines for distributed components.
- Monitor and improve the performance of integration pipelines.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer or in a similar role.
- Experience working with embedded systems, including hands-on work with hardware.
- In-depth understanding of software validation processes and tools.
- Strong skills in Python and Bash for automation/CICD.
- Familiarity with Jenkins/GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under time pressure.
- A desire to learn and engage with new technologies and practices.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Experience with autonomous systems development, especially UAVs.
- UAV pilot license is a plus.
- Experience building HIL/CICD systems from the ground up.
- Familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript and Golang, Rust, C.
