Senior Associate, Project Delivery

The Senior Associate – Project Delivery is responsible for providing high-level administrative, coordination, and operational support across multiple CAPEX projects. This role plays a critical part in maintaining project organisation, tracking deliverables, managing administrative processes, and supporting smooth day-to-day project execution.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Project Delivery Lead and project management team in ensuring effective coordination, governance, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication across the project portfolio. You will coordinate administrative activities across multiple capital projects simultaneously and maintain project trackers, action logs, risk registers, and status updates to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, executive support, or PMO support roles.
• Experience supporting CAPEX, construction, engineering, or project delivery teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement and PO processes is advantageous.
