Senior Associate - Workforce Transformation

Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate in Workforce Transformation, you will be part of a team that addresses complex business challenges, from strategy to execution. Your tasks will include:

• Conducting detailed analysis of workforce transformation needs and reviewing program outcomes.
• Utilizing digital platforms to enhance people strategy implementation and engagement.
• Leading discussions with junior team members and providing feedback to Associates.
• Ensuring compliance with governance and quality assurance policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is a plus.
• Over 3 years of workforce transformation or consulting experience, preferably with hands-on client project support.
• Strong analytical and consulting skills across organizational development, HR transformation, and workforce planning.
