Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident & Request Management: Lead resolution of End User Computing (EUC) incidents and requests, ensuring prompt support and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Infrastructure & Technology Support: Manage service delivery and support for various technologies across offices, demonstrating hands-on technical expertise.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee external technology vendors to ensure compliance with performance metrics while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Operations & Reporting: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, maintain operations reporting, and support budgeting for technology assets.
  • Continuous Improvement & Leadership: Identify methods to enhance team efficiency, mentor Workplace Associates, and collaborate on adopting innovative technologies.
  • Customer Experience: Build trust and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Over 5 years of IT support and workplace technology experience in enterprise or multi-site environments.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Windows and macOS environments, mobile device support, and familiarity with Active Directory and MDM platforms.
  • Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation, A+, or Microsoft certifications. Knowledge of hardware certifications (HP, Apple, Lenovo) is a plus.
