Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for clients in the energy, natural resources, manufacturing, and utilities sectors.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls within the specified sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and insights.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in risk management.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, communicating complex risk concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor consulting services to address their unique challenges.
  • Conduct internal and ISO-based audits covering different technical areas.
  • Manage multiple projects with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with databases and all applications of the Microsoft suite.
  • Willingness to travel on client engagements and work flexible hours.
  • Support leadership for business development activities.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Background: Engineer + Master’s with relevant certifications (preferably Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical/Petroleum Engineer).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Consulting, ideally with a Big 4 firm; a good understanding of the industry is required.
  • Strong presentation and data analytics skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Good understanding of technical areas such as operations, maintenance, HSE, asset management, risk management, policies, procedures, strategy, market research, and ISO standards.
