Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for clients in the specified industries.
- Develop and implement tailored risk management strategies.
- Provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct market research to remain updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and reports, simplifying complex risk concepts.
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and customize consulting services.
- Conduct internal audits and ISO-based audits in various technical areas.
- Manage multiple projects while demonstrating strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with databases and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and work flexible hours.
- Support leadership in business development and proposal preparation.
Education and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Engineer with a master's degree and relevant certifications (preferably in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering).
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in consulting, ideally with a Big 4 firm, with a solid understanding of the targeted industries.
- Excellent presentation and data analytics skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Comprehensive understanding of operational areas, maintenance, HSE, asset management, risk management, policies, procedures, strategy, market research, and ISO standards.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is essential.
