About the Job
As a Senior Auditor in IT (Industrial Digital), you will perform assigned audit engagements specifically focused on AI & Emerging Technology assurance. This role includes all aspects of the audit process from pre-planning to wrap-up activities. You will ensure the application of risk and control concepts to the scenarios encountered, identifying potential issues within the company and its Group Companies. Additionally, you'll contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the periodic Risk Assessments while developing Risk-Based Work Plans that emphasize AI Governance, benefit realization, ROI, and controls related to the AI lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities

Internal Audit Plan
• Develop the audit universe to encompass AI & emerging technology risks aligned with D&T risk areas such as AI governance, business value realization, and cybersecurity.
• Review and update the AI & Emerging Technology Landscape and Audit Universe.
• Develop and implement the Industrial AI Assurance Plan, ensuring its alignment with organizational AI strategy, while overseeing its execution to meet objectives.

Audit Execution
• Conduct audits and advisory engagements in highly technical areas of current and emerging technologies within the company and Group Companies.
• Create detailed audit programs that include objectives, potential risks, key controls, and audit procedures, and submit them for management review and approval.
• Identify high-risk areas and key control points throughout the AI Governance lifecycle, ensuring AI initiatives deliver intended business value.

Audit Reports
• Prepare audit reports that express professional opinions regarding the adequacy and effectiveness of AI governance. Recommend practical enhancements in AI governance, risk, and control processes.

Coordination
• Provide professional advice concerning Group Companies' Audit Committee Charter and AI Assurance Methodology/Procedures.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related Technology discipline.

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in emerging technology assurance, with expertise in developing or reviewing audit programs for emerging technology risks.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience regarding AI-related risks and controls.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant professional standards for technology and AI assurance and their application in AI auditing practice.
• Experience in managing and tracking time for Internal Audit-related activities.

Professional Certifications
• IT audit certification (CISA) is mandatory or willing to obtain within one year of joining.
• Preferred certifications in the domain of AI/ML operations or AI Governance.
