As part of the Care Analytics, Automation, and Project Management team, you will enhance our service for customers, captains, and partners using data and technology. This hands-on role requires you to program manage automation solutions, deliver data-driven insights, and manage impactful projects. You will work on initiatives that transform how the company serves users, optimizing performance and driving meaningful change.

Responsibilities:

  • Program manage the end-to-end automation program roadmap for the company Care.
  • Partner with business and care leads across various verticals to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product teams, data science, and Operations to roll out AI-enabled solutions that enhance care efficiency.
  • Drive change management for successful adoption of automation tools across regional care teams.
  • Localize and deploy solutions compliant with specific markets (UAE, Jordan, KSA).
  • Explore emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Document systems, workflows, and success metrics to support scalability and transparency.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Champion a “Care-First Automation” culture focused on elevating customer experience.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience in machine learning program management or analytics.
  • Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
  • Understanding of ML fundamentals (classification, regression, cross-validation).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to translate data insights into business strategy.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with deep learning techniques and large datasets using Spark or Hive.
  • Familiarity with model deployment and monitoring workflows.
  • A GitHub profile or portfolio demonstrating projects.

Work Conditions:

  • Flexible working arrangement: 4 days a week in office and 1 day from home, with the ability to work remotely from any country for 30 days a year.
