Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Full-time; 4 days in the office, 1 day from home; remote work flexibility for up to 30 days a year; unlimited vacation days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program manage the end-to-end automation roadmap for Careem Care, focusing on areas like self-service flows, AI-driven triage, and proactive notifications.
- Partner with business and care leads to analyze trends and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, data science, and Operations to support the rollout of AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive change management for successful adoption of automation tools.
- Localize and roll out solutions compliant with each market (UAE, Jordan, KSA).
- Explore emerging AI/ML technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Document systems, workflows, and success metrics for scalability.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in machine learning program management and analytics, ideally in tech or e-commerce.
- Solid Python skills, particularly with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Strong grasp of ML fundamentals and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven track record of translating data insights into business strategy.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in call center deep learning techniques.
- Familiarity with large datasets and tools like Spark or Hive.
- Interest in solving operational challenges for customers and partners.
- A GitHub profile or project portfolio showcasing your work.
