Senior Back End Developer

About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with 3-4 years of experience who can self-manage and bring expertise in Node.js, NestJS, and REST APIs. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of PHP and Python. Experience in the financial industry or fintech, as well as familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and NestJS.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and websockets.
• Knowledge of PHP and Python.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial industry or fintech.
