As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in our agile development team by designing, building, and deploying applications that meet business needs. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement, mentor junior team members, write clean and maintainable code, and ensure security best practices are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle. You will also configure CI/CD pipelines and stay updated with new technologies to enhance software quality and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile methodologies in practical work scenarios.
- Perform various roles within an agile development team to design, build, and deploy applications.
- Mentor junior team members through pair programming and peer reviews.
- Translate user requirements into code and clarify gaps with stakeholders when needed.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-organized code, implementing TDD and unit testing.
- Implement and maintain security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software architecture adhering to industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of the English language.
- Experience with C#, .NET Core/6/7.
- Familiarity with Clean Code principles, TDD, and SOLID design principles.
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture.
- Experience working with distributed systems and microservices.
- Experience with payment providers or financial services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Azure services, such as Cosmos DB and Service Bus, is a plus.
- Proven technical experience and clear communication skills.
