Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will:
- Develop Tether's backend components.
- Create innovative features to provide the best trading experience through agile methodologies.
- Ensure scalability for seamless user interactions as the platform grows.
- Prioritize security, building services with the highest security principles to protect users.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience with Node.js/JavaScript.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and complex platform development.
- Good experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and peer-to-peer technologies.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and understand security practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with blockchain integration.
- Skills in Ruby, Rust, or C++.
- Knowledge of message queues (Redis), caches, and job queues.
Language Requirements: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
