Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will:

• Develop Tether's backend components.
• Create innovative features to provide the best trading experience through agile methodologies.
• Ensure scalability for seamless user interactions as the platform grows.
• Prioritize security, building services with the highest security principles to protect users.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with Node.js/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and complex platform development.
• Good experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and peer-to-peer technologies.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and understand security practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with blockchain integration.
• Skills in Ruby, Rust, or C++.
• Knowledge of message queues (Redis), caches, and job queues.

Language Requirements: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
