In this role, you will architect and build robust systems, optimizing performance for speed and reliability. Your responsibilities will include ensuring security and compliance with industry standards, integrating with third-party APIs, transitioning to microservices architecture, and implementing CI/CD pipelines to enhance development and deployment processes. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement within the team while mentoring junior members, writing clean and maintainable code, and implementing security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy applications aligned with business needs within an agile development team.
- Contribute to refining development practices and processes to enhance software quality.
- Translate user requirements into code while engaging with stakeholders for clarity.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated with new technologies and apply them appropriately.
- Support Product Managers with technical recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in C#, .NET Core/6/7, Clean Code principles (TDD, SOLID).
- Experience with distributed systems/microservices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- Experience in payment provider or financial services is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Azure services (Cosmos DB, Service Bus, etc.) is a plus.
- Proven track record in building and launching trading platforms.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is expected, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
