Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, secure, and functional web applications.
- Generate ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Maintain and improve existing data structures.
- Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to guide and execute on the product roadmap.
Key Skills
- Experience designing persistence and caching models using SQL and NoSQL.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MongoDB and RESTful JSON web API design principles.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Solid experience in documenting software solutions using diagrams and flowcharts.
- Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English).
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while seeing the big picture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Laravel/PHP developer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and fostering a supportive learning environment.
