You will work with large-scale healthcare datasets, optimize regulatory compliance, streamline operational efficiency, and contribute to improving patient outcomes through data visualization and analytics-driven decision-making. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using MicroStrategy and Power BI, designed to address healthcare analytics use cases.
- Design and implement sophisticated dashboards and intuitive reports that provide actionable insights into clinical and operational performance.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring BI solutions align with healthcare business needs and regulatory standards.
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to deliver clear, impactful visualizations and insights.
- Optimize BI systems for performance scalability, regulatory adherence, and seamless integration across healthcare applications.
- Leverage expertise with Microsoft Fabric to implement CI/CD pipelines and collaborate using Figma to ensure exceptional UI/UX for BI deliverables.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development with a demonstrated focus on healthcare and life sciences.
- Expertise in handling healthcare datasets and delivering BI solutions that meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced skills in MicroStrategy and Power BI for designing and deploying impactful dashboards and reports.
- Strong programming skills in SQL for large-scale data manipulation and advanced reporting.
- Thorough understanding of data warehousing concepts, architectures, and strategies.
- Proficiency in handling datasets governed by healthcare regulatory standards, including data compliance and security protocols.
- Awareness of operational and clinical challenges within the healthcare sector, with a focus on leveraging BI tools to address them.
