Operational Roles & Responsibilities
- Process claims based on the services charged by the clinical team and manage claim supporting documentation.
- Update billing systems regularly with the latest claim information, corrections, and adjustments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Generate invoices and update billing status, including Dental and Medical billing.
- Respond to inquiries from insurance companies and payers related to individual patient cases.
- Review incoming and outgoing documents related to invoices and payments.
Minimum Education Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Professional Certifications Required
- Certification in revenue cycle management or case management is preferred.
Years of Experience
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in billing and claims management or a related field.
Languages
- English: Advanced
- Arabic: Basic
