What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop client BIM documentation aligned with ISO 19650.
- Support chain assessment and mobilization efforts.
- Organize and conduct BIM kick-off meetings and work process mapping.
- Ensure compliance of Appointed Parties BIM documentation and other digital deliverables with client and international standards.
- Lead BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, and inter-disciplinary design checks.
- Monitor and track implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools.
- Provide flexible cover for the BIM Coordinator team as required.
- Communicate effectively in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborate with international teams, with a preference for experience in KSA.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in BIM/Digital Delivery, specifically with PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 on large-scale and infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in managing BIM for large-scale hospitality construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards specific to hospitality environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
