What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain BIM models for structural and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure models comply with project standards, design requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Perform model coordination, clash detection, and quality reviews.
- Support Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and ensure model data accuracy and compliance.
- Produce BIM deliverables, drawings, and model data for project teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support efficient design office project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior BIM team members.
- Support BIM workflows, automation, and model optimization using industry best practices.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 10 years of BIM modelling experience, preferably on structural or infrastructure projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Revit, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo, and AutoCAD.
- Civil 3D knowledge is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, QA/QC processes, and CDE workflows (e.g. ProjectWise).
- Ability to manage complex modelling tasks and deliver within project schedules.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
- Strong background in major bridges, tunnels, and pump station projects.
- Experience in design consultancy environments.
- BIM certification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination, automation, and multidisciplinary workflows.
