What You Will Do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the manager to develop and implement territory Plan of Action (POA) and key account plans
- Evaluating progress versus plan monthly and agreeing on course corrections with the manager
- Contributing to cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to align on key account plan objectives and responsibilities
- Engaging with peers, the District Manager, and cross-functional teams to enhance product knowledge
- Demonstrating an understanding of industry and healthcare trends and the operation of retail practices, clinics, and hospitals
- Following through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion
- Reporting customer activity in the CRM system and ensuring customer profiles are kept updated
- Demonstrating an understanding of the company's Performance for selling platforms to fulfill customer and organizational needs
- Operating within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
- Seeking inputs and assistance to prioritize activities promptly and following up with customers
- Continuously developing and improving product knowledge, communication, and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs to drive personal development.
What We Expect of You
We seek an ambitious and driven Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative with the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related role with a record of success in achieving results
- Experience in Cardiovascular, Endocrinology, or Biotechnology related fields is preferred
- Competency with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accountability for achieving established goals
- Effective time management skills, including prioritizing activities and completing work within deadlines
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- UAE relevant local legal qualifications (transferrable residency and valid driving license) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or (bio) medical sciences
- 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles
- Exposure to interactions with various fields and organizational levels
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Resilience in complex environments
- High learning agility.
