About the Role
In this role, you will lead and manage bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction activities to ensure successful project execution. You will provide technical guidance and engineering support to project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors while reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and work procedures to guarantee compliance with project requirements. Monitoring project progress, identifying technical challenges, and delivering effective engineering solutions will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will ensure that all bridge works are conducted in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery and supervise inspection, repair, and maintenance activities for bridges and related structures.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction activities.
- Provide technical guidance and engineering support to project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and work procedures for compliance.
- Monitor project progress and identify technical challenges, providing effective engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise inspection, repair, and maintenance activities of bridges and related structures.
- Review technical submissions, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Support project planning, scheduling, resource management, and progress monitoring.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and quality procedures.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate engineering records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Bridge Engineer / Senior Bridge Engineer in bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, or bridge construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong experience in bridge inspection, structural repairs, rehabilitation works, and maintenance activities.
- Proven experience with major infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Experience with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) projects is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car are mandatory.
