Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in both real estate and luxury sales segments.
• Develop and maintain strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while also contributing to team objectives.
• Utilize fresh daily leads and marketing support to enhance sales performance.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of industry trends and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or luxury sales.
• European background and/or European language skills preferred.
• Previous experience in UAE/Dubai real estate is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.
