In this role, you will collaborate directly with senior leadership to redefine supply chain strategies and implement state-of-the-art systems. The position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to a world-class transformation initiative impacting procurement, logistics, inventory, planning, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and deliver supply chain transformation requirements for a Gen AI-driven project.
- Gather and document functional requirements for various supply chain processes.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for AI and analytics solutions.
- Validate and optimize supply chain models for demand forecasting and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with supply chain regulations and sustainability standards.
- Provide deep subject matter expertise in supply chain regulations and risk mitigation.
- Build and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams and represent supply chain functions in key stakeholder meetings.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong background in business analysis and data analysis.
- Understanding of SQL, Python, and data visualization.
- Proficient in leveraging analytics and AI-driven insights for decision-making.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing supply chain transformation roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex insights for executives.
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management; professional certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are strongly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex projects under tight timelines.
