Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating business outcomes.
- Develop and refine a prioritized product backlog aligned with business strategy.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring effective communication.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and provide ongoing requirement clarification.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree is preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related roles.
- Proven experience in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
- Strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques; working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.

This position is offered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on a 2-year renewable contract, full-time and on-site, by the company, a leading Emirati-owned workforce solutions and HR service provider.
