Senior Business Analyst

About
Our team owns building products for the onsite shopping customer experience of MENA customers. We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead the efforts to quantify the customer funnel, build entitlements, and automate the daily/weekly tracking of shopping events. The leader in this role is the starting point of product roadmap creation, demonstrating customer advocacy and developing a strong understanding of quantified customer behavior. This role partners with Product Managers, Tech, and Business teams in MENA, and worldwide to establish feature value. It is placed in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, requiring the candidate to work with both speed and depth. They will need to influence stakeholders and lead communication with leaders at the L8+ level.

Key Responsibilities

• Own shopping funnel entitlements and enable features to be quantified to establish their contribution to closing entitlement gaps.
• Report on shopping journeys in both languages for regular stakeholder reviews in the dual language region of MENA.
• Dive deep into platform impact of launched/in-experiment features and lead course correction with Product Managers.
• Innovate for securing access to the right customer event data to establish impact, as data sources for customer events are not standardized.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL experience
• Experience building measures and metrics and developing reporting solutions
• Experience in the data/BI space
• Experience with AWS technologies
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g., Python) and advanced SQL skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
• Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
