Senior Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Development team. This role is perfect for someone who can translate data into insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Language Requirements: Arabic speaker preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis.
• Analyze internal and external data to support business decisions.
• Coordinate pricing proposals aligned with market trends and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, and Sales.
• Gather and document business requirements (user stories, use cases, UAT plans).
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support product development and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 8 years of relevant experience (insurance, banking, telecom, consulting, or similar industries).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Understanding of insurance products and processes is a plus.
