Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Requirement Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and obtain business signoffs.
- Cards & Payments Domain Expertise: Engage with Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Merchant Acquiring, Digital Payments, and understand card lifecycle management (origination, personalization, authorization, and fraud management).
- Platform Consulting: Act as Subject Matter Expert for Powercard and Fiserv solutions; analyze and configure business requirements within the cards ecosystem.
- Techno-Functional Leadership: Translate business needs into technical requirements; review APIs and integration specifications.
- Testing & Implementation Support: Define test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conduct business readiness activities.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with various teams to present recommendations and drive meetings.
Required Skills:
- Functional Skills: Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services, particularly in Cards & Payments and Digital Banking.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Powercard and Fiserv platforms, API & Microservices, SQL, and Integration Architecture.
- Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and UAT Test Scenarios.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Product Owner, or Agile certifications preferred.
Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in UAE/GCC banking sector and large-scale Cards Transformation or Digital Banking programs.
- Exposure to Islamic Banking products and processes.
