We are seeking a high-energy Senior Business Analyst to join our solution function. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our information technology capabilities and our business objectives by assisting in the analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish work processes and procedures through content creation and documentation.
• Analyze business structures, technology use, and goals.
• Identify business problems, utilizing data modeling techniques.
• Communicate with senior clients to understand their aspirations.
• Formulate strategies for business improvements based on research findings.
• Persuade stakeholders of the benefits of new technologies or strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree with an excellent academic record.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
