Senior Business Analyst - Digital Channels – APIs

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Digital Channels – APIs for our Qatar operations. This role requires substantial experience in the Banking sector, particularly within an IT Department, focusing on the implementation of Corporate online and Mobile banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 8 years in Banking experience with at least 4 years in the implementation of Corporate online / Mobile banking and Retail Internet / Mobile banking.
• Proven experience with at least 3 years in analyzing and testing APIs / Open Banking API.
• Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and preparing test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
• Strong knowledge in Payment / Swift Standards and a good understanding of Equation / Core Banking systems.
• Support customer incidents and investigations, along with defect life cycle management and execution status reporting.
• Experience in Banking solutions in (SIT/UAT) testing and test scope analysis and regression testing.
• Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality while consulting with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.
• Track and document changes to business specifications.
• Create and assist others in writing user documentation, instructions, procedures, and training.
• Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.
• Follow up on any system incidents and coordinate fixes timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
