Senior Business Analyst - Digital Channels – APIs

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Digital Channels – APIs for our Qatar operations.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 8 years in Banking experience within the IT Department with at least 4 years in the implementation of Corporate online/Mobile banking and Retail Internet/Mobile banking.
• Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years in analyzing and testing APIs/Open Banking API.
• Review and prepare Business Requirement Specification and test cases, exploring all aspects of the scope.
• Strong knowledge in Payment/SWIFT Standards.
• Support customer incidents and investigations.
• Manage the defect life cycle and execution status reporting.
• Proven experience in Banking solutions in SIT/UAT testing.
• Create user documentation, instructions, procedures, and training materials.
• Follow up on any system incidents and coordinate fixes in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
