Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a high-energy Senior Business Analyst to be part of the solution function within Mozn. The Consultant will serve as the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

What You'll Do:

• Establish work processes and procedures by creating content and documentation.
• Analyze the structure of a business, its use of technology, and its goals.
• Identify problems within a business, utilizing data modeling techniques.
• Communicate with senior clients to understand their goals.
• Formulate ways for businesses to improve based on previous research.
• Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS with an excellent academic record required.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solutions and results oriented.
