You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, client leadership, and delivery teams to create roadmaps, write user stories, and lead product teams. Responsibilities
Your Impact:
- Provide deep functional expertise in Endur and trading processes to support business decisions, solution design, and platform optimization.
- Advise on Endur capabilities and best practices, supporting requirements gathering and solution validation.
- Design test scenarios, provide user training, and review front-office and risk-related changes.
- Bring 10+ years of Endur functional experience, including strong trade lifecycle knowledge, stakeholder management, and Endur configuration understanding.
- Demonstrate business impact through your Endur expertise, and contribute to Endur implementation or transformation programs.
Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience:
Must Have:
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst in trading, energy, or financial markets.
- Strong Endur functional knowledge across at least one asset class.
- Experience in writing clear, testable requirements within an Agile environment.
- Confidence in engaging traders and senior stakeholders during workshops.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Endur upgrades or large remediation programs.
- Ability to analyze data using SQL/Excel to support business cases.
- Formal BA training or certification (e.g., IIBA).
Set yourself apart with:
- Examples of how your requirements have avoided rework or misalignment in complex initiatives.
- Stories of process improvements you designed around Endur usage at previous clients, providing permanent fixes.
