Job Description

• 7-10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience
• Proven experience in Senior BA / Lead BA roles with hands-on delivery
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise platform projects
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with strong English communication skills
• Strong CRM domain knowledge
• Hands-on knowledge of Creatio CRM is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in KSA and comply with local employment regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern all business analysis activities across the project
• Facilitate and manage discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions (Arabic & English)
• Drive requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and traceability
• Act as the primary BA project lead and client-facing point of contact
• Mentor and guide other Business Analysts assigned to the engagement
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, value streams, and solution design
