Senior Business Analyst

the company is a Digital and Cybersecurity Consulting Company based in Dubai, specializing in serving leading industry clients globally. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with a prominent Banking & Insurance company in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Healthcare IT Platforms lead to define strategy and organization while maximizing business impact.
• Consult with management to identify, document, and prioritize business needs and operational procedures.
• Coordinate daily activities of Business Analysts, business teams, and technical teams to deliver functionalities.
• Monitor the stability of the Healthcare IT platforms and implement necessary improvements.
• Build trust-based relationships with business and technical teams.
• Analyze issues with existing systems, design solutions, and prepare requirements for new systems or enhancements.
• Manage the backlog of enhancements and issues, ensuring clear status reporting.
• Support project managers with vision and roadmap definition, and coordinate with development teams to ensure all requirements are met.
• Create design documents, integration specifications, and user acceptance tests, participating in the coordination and execution of testing.
• Prepare project documentation, release notes, user manuals, and conduct formal training sessions.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the Healthcare insurance business, particularly in the Gulf region.
• Experience in IT Development delivery, business analysis, and working with development teams.
• Proficient in scope analysis, project requirements execution, and test plans.
• Ability to coordinate deliverables with business, developers, and testing teams effectively.
• Support development of business cases through KPIs.
