Responsibilities:
- Plan business analysis approach, including business analysis information management, stakeholder engagement, and communication (artifacts templates, document structure, process flow, etc.)
- Elicit requirements using various techniques
- Define business goals, needs, and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business representatives, SMEs, Development and QA teams, etc.)
- Analyze current state (as-is), perform to-be analysis, and identify gaps
- Translate business needs into requirements (functional, non-functional transition)
- Document requirements according to the selected framework, BA approach, and definition of ready (use cases, epics, user stories including acceptance criteria)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional business analysis experience
- Experience in managing the scope of requirements within projects
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab)
- Ability to identify inconsistencies in requirements
- Experience in arranging and facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders
- Familiarity with visual modeling notations (UML, BPMN), wireframes, and diagrams
- Ability to support solution testing/UAT
- Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
- An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
