As a Senior Business Analyst in the Property Management department, you will provide analytical, reporting, and strategic insight support to the Retail Property Development team. This role integrates business analytics, financial modeling, data management, and innovation, including AI applications, to enable data-driven decisions regarding store expansion, relocation, refurbishment, and optimization of the retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting, Insights & Analytics:

    • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs.
    • Provide data-driven insights on performance trends and risks.
    • Develop forecasting and scenario models.
  • Cost Optimization & Financial Insights:

    • Support financial modeling and assess CAPEX, rent levels, and expected ROI.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide variance analysis.
  • Marketing Insights & Market Intelligence:

    • Partner with Market Intelligence teams for alignment on consumer trends.
    • Translate marketing intelligence into actionable inputs for property-development projects.
  • Database Management & Data Governance:

    • Oversee the Retail Property Development database and enhance data accuracy.
    • Promote a data-driven culture within the team.
  • Innovation & AI Integration:

    • Implement AI-driven tools and predictive analytics for improved forecasting.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies in proptech and retail analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Act as a link between multiple departments.
    • Support executive presentations with concise data storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • Finance graduate with 3 to 8 years of experience in real estate, leasing, and finance within a retail company.
  • Preferably an Arabic speaker.
  • Hands-on experience in project management, data management, and analysis.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Practical experience with data-visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
