Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and the Health and Life Platforms lead to establish strategies for Healthcare IT Platforms with a focus on maximizing business impact.
- Consult with management to identify and document business needs, current procedures, and system requirements.
- Coordinate daily activities of Business Analysts, business teams, testers, and developers for functionality delivery.
- Monitor Healthcare IT Platform stability and implement necessary improvements.
- Analyze existing system issues, design, and coordinate solutions.
- Prepare requirements for new systems and ensure designs meet user needs.
- Prioritize business requirements and manage enhancements and issues backlog.
- Support the delivery team in launching new products/features.
- Coordinate closely with solution architects and development teams to ensure requirement completion.
- Assist in defining vision, goals, and product roadmap with the Health & Life Platform Lead/Project Managers.
- Review and challenge effort estimates from developers for approval.
- Create integration specifications and testing documentation.
- Oversee system testing and ensure project documents are current and properly stored.
- Assist in preparing system release notes, user manuals, and training materials.
- Manage relationships with solution providers and ensure adherence to project requirements.
Profile / Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of the Healthcare insurance sector, particularly in the Gulf region.
- Experience in IT Development delivery and business analysis.
- Proven track record in project requirements assessment, scope analysis, and test plan execution.
- Strong organizational skills in coordinating testing and delivery among business and technical teams.
- Ability to support the realization of business cases through relevant KPIs.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected.
