Senior Business Analyst – Wholesale Lending

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the design and development of an in-house Wholesale Lending application. The Business Analyst will work closely with Wholesale Banking business and operations teams to define product behaviors, translate operational business needs into system requirements, and co-define end-to-end process flows to ensure the solution is business-led, operationally aligned, and scalable.

Role Summary:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product behavior across the lending lifecycle, translating business intent into clear functional behavior, rules, and workflows.
• Act as a functional SME for Wholesale / Corporate Lending, covering credit origination, approval, loan structuring, disbursement, servicing, and maintenance.
• Lead requirement elicitation through workshops and convert operational needs into clear business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Co-create end-to-end process flows with business and operations teams, documenting as-is and to-be processes to identify gaps and drive simplification and automation opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, and UAT teams, supporting Agile delivery and UAT through business validation.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Wholesale / Corporate Banking.
• Hands-on knowledge of Wholesale Lending products and operations.
• Proven ability to define product behavior from business and operational intent.
• Experience in in-house product or platform build programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
