Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role

The Senior Business Development Manager plays a crucial role within the Enterprise Sales department, responsible for winning new business and expanding relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. This position involves hunting, making cold calls, and leveraging networks to acquire new clients, as well as managing and retaining clients by understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. The role requires a collaborative approach to understand clients' business objectives, aligning solutions accordingly to enhance strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hunt and acquire new enterprise clients across target sectors
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and enterprise clients
• Partner with leading organizations across banking, fintech, government, healthcare, education, OTT, and more

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on new business development, not people management.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of proven new business development experience in CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud Communications, or Telecommunications
• Strong existing network and a track record of winning enterprise clients in the Saudi market
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Currently based in Riyadh — the role is fully onsite.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
