This role will support our sales efforts, particularly focusing on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The main objective is to deliver new business sales to meet individual targets while ensuring adherence to Group and KSA Rules and Standards regarding Commercial Underwriting of Credit Insurance Business.
Role Objectives:
- Deliver new business sales to meet individual target.
- Liaise with the Commercial Department to ensure prudent Commercial Underwriting of Credit Insurance Business.
- Develop interest and awareness in the Credit Insurance market in your allocated geographical region to generate leads and secure profitable business.
- Identify opportunities for all product lines to maximize business contribution while converting internal leads presented.
- Build a network of introducers and a panel of general insurance brokers in your geographical area to provide new business leads.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Underwriting, the Marketing Department, and any external marketing resources to manage leads and provide feedback on activity results.
- Work closely with Client Services & Contract Services teams to ensure timely and efficient service to prospects and clients.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Delivery of budgeted targets for new sales for credit insurance.
- Generate and follow up on leads and appointments through own networking, proactive prospecting, and utilizing marketing resources.
- Update and maintain the CRM system.
- Manage relationships with prospects and introducers.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Price cases via the PEPS pricing tool.
- Produce accurate contract documentation via CofaFlow system.
- Conduct full KYC (Know Your Customer) and UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) checks on all policies sold.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- A minimum of 4-7 years of previous sales experience is essential.
- Autonomous: capable of self-motivation and focused on goals and activities while working independently.
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and allocate time accordingly.
- In-depth familiarity with various contract structures to negotiate effectively between price and risk.
- Knowledge of the current economic climate and its market implications.
- Driven individual with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proven history of building long-term relationships internally and externally.
- Understanding of compliance in a regulated environment.
