Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and perform gap analysis.
- Design and develop DataMart's data models and data pipelines.
- Drive the testing process, define and execute test cases.
- Demo solutions to executive users, collect feedback, and plan implementation.
- Provide training on implemented data marts to power users.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Ideally a degree in Computer Science Engineering, Informatics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on business intelligence.
- Language: Fluent and articulate in English.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the BI field, with the ability to design and implement BI business logic and security models.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with requirements gathering and experience in wireframe prototyping.
- Data Warehousing: Experience with dimensionally modeled data and a good understanding of DWH concepts.
- ETL Expertise: Proven experience with ETL tools, preferably Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica PowerCenter, or SQL Server Integration Services.
- UI/UX Skills: Strong capabilities in creating intuitive user interfaces and experiences within Power BI.
- Storytelling: Ability to convey compelling narratives using Power BI to effectively communicate data insights.
- Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for data manipulation and calculations.
- Visualization: Expertise in creating impactful visualizations for clear data representation.
- Additional Qualities: Customer-oriented, excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive, collaborative, and a commitment to improvement.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
