Our Revenue team is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to facilitate digital transformation for our customers through cloud communication. This role involves leading collaboration among sales, engineering, and support teams to build and maintain strategic relationships with customers. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to technology decision-makers at the CXO level.
- Helping customers evaluate their cloud communication strategies and recommending suitable solutions.
- Serving as a technical liaison between sales and product development.
- Understanding the conversational automation platforms and their capabilities.
- Meeting with sales team members to understand customer issues and business goals.
- Implementing product demonstrations and pilots for prospects and clients.
- Providing complete client feedback to relevant departments.
- Managing day-to-day customer success functions and increasing customer adoption of Unifonic services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in selling technology solutions and customer excellence, preferably in the SaaS or telecommunications industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, or related IT fields.
- Experience in a technology-driven industry, particularly PAAS or SAAS.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to lead multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
