Senior Business Support Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Business Support Engineer to join our KSA team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of our systems by actively monitoring key components, providing early alerts for system errors and potential failure points, and offering technical support to Customer Support agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor system health and stability of multiple applications and the infrastructure supporting them.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base for incidents and issues, providing timely information for troubleshooting.
• Identify patterns of recurring system incidents and propose solutions.
• Provide off-hours support as needed to resolve system problems.
• Communicate findings and potential solutions to Business and IT teams.
• Create and manage customer service requirements, measuring satisfaction rates.
• Work with teams and vendors to recommend innovative solutions.

Skills, Education & Experience Required:

• 6-8 years of experience in technical support and administration, preferably in insurance, banking, management, or technical consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Management Studio, and T-SQL.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, and Telnet.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and administration tools.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data.
