Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure NetSuite and connected financial systems, acting as the primary technology partner for the company's Finance & Accounting teams.
- Manage a high volume of NetSuite support tickets, ensuring month-end close and critical accounting workflows run smoothly.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of NetSuite enhancements and projects.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems.
- Champion AI-driven process automation across accounting functions.
- Lead IPO readiness initiatives with a focus on building scalable, audit-sound processes.
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to assess and recommend scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of the company's financial systems architecture.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite techno-functional experience, including administration and third-party integrations.
- Proven experience with NetSuite scripts and workflows using SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteFlow.
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Experience in delivering end-to-end ERP implementations or major enhancements.
- Strong documentation and requirements management skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume support queue while progressing project work.
- Experience with compliance, risk, and audit teams on SOX or SOC engagements.
- An AI-native mindset with a proactive approach to applying AI tools.
